I have been a Realtor over 20 years and sold everything from small condos, new home subdivisions and large estates. I am experienced in working with clients who want to use the tax advantages of a 1031 Exchange. It creates an advantage for my Sellers that earns them a higher selling price and a shorter time on the market. I earned my designation as an Accredited Staging Agent, so I can advise clients on many of the things that help to stage a home to put it on the market.

I also enjoy working with Buyers to find the best possible property for them. I will make sure that you know about new listings as soon as they come on the market. Then I will help you place a competitive offer on the property you desire, negotiate for the best price and then get it to the closing table with as little stress as possible for you. I am not happy until my Buyer clients are happy when they find the property that meets their needs and desires.
